For new patients: Please call to schedule your appointment from there. It's quick and easy. You can use the Request An Appointment on this page to get started. Once an appointment is scheduled you will receive an email with a HIPAA protected link to our paperwork.
What to expect
Being well-prepared for your appointment will ensure that Dr. Mechanik has all of the needed information to provide the best possible care for you. It also will help relieve any unnecessary anxiety you may be feeling. Take notes about your symptoms, i.e. What makes the condition better, worse. If this is a second opinion, past medical records will be helpful. Let us know if you need help obtaining any past medical records. Take some time to peruse the website. Our office is in-network with most plans but not all. We are out-of-network with the following, Bright, Friday, Cigna, Humana, Kaiser Permanente, and Medicaid. We are happy to accept out-of-network benefits' usual and customary charges.
